Account Manager

In order to play on Kronos, you need a game account created in the account manager.

Account manager also contains many useful features like the character auction or donate system. You can purchase Stars through the donate system, and for these Stars you can then buy special mounts, pets or tabards that cannot be obtained in-game.
You cannot buy any gear this way!
However, in our character auction you can spend your Stars on characters that were leveled up by Kronos players.

Forum

On our forum you can take part in numerous lively discussions, suggest improvements for the server or comment on what you don’t like.
There are also various videos from our players, guides, sections dedicated to both PVE and PVP and many others.

If you encounter a player violating server rules by misbehaving, abusing a bug etc., you can (and are obliged to) report him to the forum Blacklist.

If you want to become a part of the community you need to create a separate forum account. With this account you can also log in to our TwinHEAD database.

Armory

Kronos has its own Armory, where you can search for characters, guilds and various statistics like Honor ranking.

The armory contains a talent calculator.

TwinHead

It’s our gaming database, where you can find information concerning NPCs, quests, zones etc. It includes plenty of features: Bosskills, detailed statistics from every instance encounter, changelog and much more.

It is also a place where you are supposed to report bugs you find in-game (and only them!) – malfunctioning quests, NPCs, items, spells etc.

Dear players,

this was another week full of development progress. Among this week’s fixes are many issues you probably won’t find working on any other private server. Here is a short list of the more notable ones:

Group Loot:
This week Chero fixed a bug related to group loot which, to our knowledge, is an issue on quite possibly every other private server. Sometimes the loot window for selecting need, greed or pass suddenly disappeared before the roll timer elapsed, and you would automatically pass on this item. This will now no longer occur.
While there are still some bugs within the loot system, especially related to the “Round Robin” and “Need before Greed” modes, you can be sure we will fix them all to offer you an issue-free loot system!

Enchants, Poisons and Weapons:
Neither of these three will any longer proc on melee attacks which fail to land. This change should reduce melee damage to intended levels in PvE and PvP.
Furthermore the binary system will not only apply to regular spells, but also to weapon procs like the one of Thunderfury. Direct damaging procs like Perdition’s Blade‘s fire damage are unaffected by this change and are still subject to partial resists.
Speaking of Thunderfury, there is one more fix that also applies to this well known sword. The additional elemental damage, in this case nature damage, will from now on be treated like magic damage, meaning partial resists occur as well as physical immunities are ignored such as those offered by the Paladins Blessing of Protection.

Creature AI:
This week, yet again, we refined the NPC AI – namely the evade system and the caster behavior. NPCs which are not able to reach the player with any of their abilities will now evade. Example: The player stands on a roof and engages an NPC without any ranged abilities leading to said NPC evading after a few seconds. After silencing a caster NPC, it will now try to reach the player in melee range as long as it is silenced, however after the silence wears off, it will again use its spells accordingly.

#1507 Group Loot Fixed a bug which made the loot window (group loot) disappear too early, and prevent player from rolling for the item.
Herb Drop Removed all wrong herb drops from NPCs.
Player Animation Fixed player animation upon being hit by an off hand weapon.

Badlands
Will now patrol across the Badlands.
Dustwallow Marsh
#2706 Is no longer classified as elite.
Hillsbrad Foothills
#2707 Fixed health, level and damage of this Southshore NPC.
Ruins of Ahn’Qiraj
There are now only eight Guardians spawned, and all of these will now patrol the Ossirian area.
Added some Canal Frenzies and made them randomly swim in the water.
Reduced spawn count to five, and made four of them patrol.
Added patrols for packs consisting of these and Hive’Zara Wasps just before Kurinnaxx and Ayamiss.
Deleted wrong spawns and added 3 packs (2 Drones, 2 Collectors, 2 Tail Lashers) in the tunnel before Ayamiss.
Added missing spawns and patrols.
Removed wrong spawns and added patrols for the remaining six.
Added over 20 spawns for these in the tunnel and the area of Ayamiss in AQ 20.
Stranglethorn Vale
#1296 Will now always drop either his scepter or neck.
#956 Will now always drop either its leggings or sword.
Swamp of Sorrows
Will now patrol around the Sunken Temple.
Thousand Needles
#2702 Will now fly around Highperch’s sky.
Winterspring
Will now patrol and roam the area around Everlook.
Unknown Location
#2704 Corrected specific and random loot of this rare.
#2714 Will now haunt the Ruins of Lordaeron (Undercity).
Spawned over 50 Shrieker Scarabs and Spitting Scarabs in AQ 20.
Items (2)
Corrected drop rate and source of this item, ‘Hakkari Shroud’ and ‘Mark of Hakkar’.
#2735 Only Scarab Coffers will now drop Scarab Bags, also tweaked the drop chances.
Spells (2)
Warlock
#2699 Succubus will now break stealth if they cast seduction or get damaged through Soul Link.
Other
#2665 Corrected health of the summoned Dalaran Serpent.
Dungeons (2)
Mauradon Corrected some trash spawns and patrols.
#2717 Scarlet Monastery: Graveyard Fixed some says and spawns in SM: Graveyard.
Mechanics (6)
#2713 Creature AI As long as casters are silenced, they will now try to reach you in melee combat.
#2710 Elemental Weapon Damage Fixed the whole elemental damage system of weapons, e.g. Thunderfury’s “+Lightning Damage” will now damage targets under Blessing of Protection.
#2708 Evade Creatures will now evade after few seconds if they can’t reach you.
#2726 Poison, Enchant and Chance on hit Poisons, Enchants and other Chance on Hit effects will no longer trigger on avoided melee hits.
#2687 Warrior Rage Gain Avoided attacks will no longer generate rage.
#2712 Weapon Damage Procs All weapon procs which not only cause damage will now be treated as binary spells.

Battleground Queue Battleground queue will no longer disappear upon relog.
