Welcome to the Jungle
Zul’Gurub
Long ago, nestled in the jungles of the Eastern Kingdoms, there thrived the kingdom of the Gurubashi trolls. But their existence was not without strife, as the Atal’ai priests sought to tear the capital of Zul’Gurub apart. The priests attempted to summon the wicked blood god Hakkar, but were defeated and exiled before the rites could be completed. They vowed one day they would return, and that day soon came. The city of Zul’Gurub had collapsed, and was reclaimed by Jindo. The evil Hexxer Jindo is once again seeking to summon Hakkar. Now, it is up to you to venture forth into these ancient ruins, rife with death and wicked voodoo. Join your companions in this exciting 20-man raid experience, and plunder the age old relics of the Gurubashi. Relive the dungeon as you remember it, with its intricate expanses of ancient architecture and open skies.
Public Test Realm
The Kronos team has spent countless hours scripting to bring you the most blizzlike Zul’Gurub experience possible. Now that all internal testing is complete, you will be able to enter the city of Zul’Gurub on our updated Public Test Realm. The PTR will be open for everybody from November 15th to the 22nd prior to which, player’s characters will be updated to their current state. This will allow each guild to participate in the boss encounters and help by reporting any issues before the official release. In order to get on to the Public Test Realm, you must log on to your account as normal and once you reach the character selection screen, click “Change Realm” button above the character’s selection panel and choose “Kronos PTR”.
Streaming & Reporting Issues
We are encouraging players to stream their test raids in order to track the issues which, otherwise, would be hard to explain or reproduce. Video footage of encountered issues would always be a good addition to your report. All issues should be forwarded to our development team on the Twinhead website. Be sure to read the manual on creating reports here but please bare in mind, you need to be logged on your forum account in order to create a report. While there will be GM assistance available on the PTR, services such as teleporting or free consumables will no longer be provided. For specific cases you can contact the team members in the #kronos-help IRC channel. Detailed information about connecting to IRC can be found on our support page.
Thank you all for your continued support, and enjoy your stay on Kronos!
